How long does this take to arrive?
We aim to have all digital mockups with you for approval within 2 working days of receiving artwork. Once approved, we dispatch your order within 2 working days.
When do I send my artwork?
Once you have checked out online, you will receive an automated email requesting artwork. Alternatively, you can email it to design@kinectcard.com with a brief.
When do I get platform access?
Your designer will grant platform access typically when your artwork has been approved. This is because we need to generate your QR codes for the print
Do you offer a free trial?
We do have a 30-day free trial available here, where you get a Kinect-branded NFC business card and full platform access for 30 days. If you don't like it, we will refund your money back - no questions asked!
If you then want to upgrade to a personalised card, we will credit the money already paid towards your new card!
Is my data safe?
