For Kinect Card App users, your landing page includes an "enquiry" button that enables recipients to contact you as a new lead. When someone uses this button, we send the lead information to your provided email address.

For our Enterprise customers, we offer two lead generation options:

1. The "Connect" Feature: The "Connect" feature allows individuals to exchange details directly from your landing page. Once a connection is made, we send an email notification to both the lead and the card owner, informing them of the connection. The email includes a contact file for the relevant parties to download. Additionally, this lead is logged in your dashboard for easy reference and management.

2. Custom Forms: With our custom form feature, you can redirect the "Connect" feature to a form of your own. This is particularly useful for integrating leads with your CRM system. By creating a form that integrates with your third-party apps, any leads generated through the "Connect" feature will be directed to the custom form for completion.

Absolutely! With our PVC and bamboo card and phone tags, we provide full edge-to-edge printing, allowing you to maximize the design space.

You have the option for full CMYK printing, and we also offer special UV spot gloss, which adds a unique and glossy finish to specific areas of the design.

Regarding our Metal Hybrid cards, we perform full-color printing on the PVC side. However, the metal side is exclusively laser engraved, providing an elegant and distinct look.

Certainly! Unlike certain other suppliers, we provide a customization option for the reverse side of your PVC and Bamboo cards as well. As part of the standard offering with every Kinect Card, we incorporate a QR code into your design.

However, for Metal Hybrid Cards, we exclusively laser engrave a QR code on the reverse side of the card.

Our business cards feature an NFC chip that can be tapped up to 100 thousand times. They are constructed using durable materials. While it's important to note that like any product, attempting to intentionally break them can cause damage, with proper care, our cards are designed to withstand everyday use for an extended duration.

Embedded within all of our products are NFC chips, which eliminate the need to accommodate an external chip when customizing the faces of your cards.

Yes this is an option, but you will lose the ability to share your details as your card will not be programmed to our software. You can however, add yur kinect card profile as a link, that way you get the best of both worlds!

A Taptag refers to a compact and rounded NFC tag that can be affixed to any surface. This versatile feature enables you to conveniently place the Taptag on point-of-sale (POS) areas, the back of your phone, or any other desired location. By simply tapping the tag with an NFC-enabled device, you can effortlessly share your contact details, similar to exchanging information with a Kinect Card

Our Mobile App customers enjoy the advantage of no ongoing costs. Once you have purchased your card, the accompanying app is available to you free of charge.

In contrast, for our Kinect Enterprise customers, there is a subscription fee of £11.99 per card per year in addition to the one-time card purchase cost.

Unfortunately, at the moment, our mobile app customers do not have the option to customize their landing page.

However, for our enterprise customers, landing pages are fully customizable to align with your branding. You have the flexibility to add wallpapers and create dynamic profiles that reflect your unique identity.

Our goal is to deliver digital mock-ups to you within three business days upon receiving acceptable artwork.

After receiving your approval, we proceed to print and dispatch your order within three working days.
