Access your billing portal

In April 2023 we migrated our billing engine to Stripe. With Stripe, we can offer our lient s a self service portal to access any invoice or credit note alongside managing your renewal & payment details.

To access your billing portal from Kinect Enterprise, please follow the below steps;

1. Login to https://entreprise.kinectcard.com
2. In the top right hand corner, click on your name to open the drop down list
3. Then select 'Billing'
4. Then open the 'Billing' link (this is an external web page)
5. Input your accounts email ( this is the email invoices are sent to, not your login email address)
6. You will then recieve an email to confirm your identity, please verify via the link
7. YTou can now access your customer billing portal.
